Terms & Conditions – Your Agreement with lak22

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "lak22", "we", "us", "our" refers to the lak22 platform and its operating entity, accessible at lak22.com.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the lak22 platform.
• "Account" means the registered lak22 account opened in your name through which you access the platform's services.
• "Platform" means the lak22 website, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all games, betting markets, and services offered therein.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary transaction currency on lak22.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or reward offered by lak22 subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by lak22 prior to processing withdrawals.

References to a "clause" are to a numbered clause within these Terms & Conditions. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain a lak22 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during the operation of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lak22 strictly enforces this age restriction without exception. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned, and the case will be referred to our compliance team.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your legal position before registering.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a functioning email address.
• You must not be self-excluded from lak22 or any other gaming platform through a formal self-exclusion programme at the time of registration.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.

Each individual is permitted to hold one lak22 account only. Opening multiple accounts (whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices or payment methods) is strictly prohibited. lak22 uses advanced duplicate detection systems and will suspend all associated accounts upon detection, with forfeiture of any bonus balances. Real-money deposits in duplicate accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

lak22 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

lak22 operates under an international gaming licence and is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all registered players. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.

As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet showing your registered name, or bank statement for HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank deposits).
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document, if requested by our compliance team.

All submitted documents are processed securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. lak22 does not store payment card or mobile wallet credentials on its servers — payment processing is handled through tokenised integrations with the respective payment providers.

lak22 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Providing false, altered, or fraudulent documentation is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, in addition to potential referral to relevant authorities.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

lak22 supports the following Pakistani payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and USDT (cryptocurrency). All transactions on lak22 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless USDT is selected, in which case the conversion rate applied is the mid-market rate at the time of transaction.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your lak22 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan are typically credited within five minutes, subject to the processing times of the respective bank. lak22 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside lak22's control.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 200. Withdrawal requests are processed by lak22 within thirty minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within two hours for bank transfers, measured from the time the request is approved following KYC verification. lak22 does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit and has been verified under your KYC profile — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

lak22 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that it considers unusual, high-value, or potentially associated with fraudulent activity. In such cases, lak22 will notify the player and specify the information required. Failure to provide the requested information within fourteen (14) days may result in suspension of the withdrawal request pending further review.

All funds deposited into a lak22 account are held separately and are available for withdrawal at any time, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds and the completion of KYC verification. lak22 does not use player funds for any operational purposes.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

lak22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL cricket cashback offers, free spins on selected slot titles, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered or activated.

The following general conditions apply to all lak22 bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified, registered lak22 players aged 21 and above only. Players who have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless the specific promotion explicitly states that repeat claiming is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets on eligible games. The contribution percentage of each game category towards wagering requirements is specified in the individual bonus terms. Live casino and sports betting wagers may contribute at a different rate than slots.
• lak22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practical. Bonuses already activated and in progress at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or fraudulently claim bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, providing false information, or using prohibited software — will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on lak22 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each game category and product. General rules applicable across all lak22 products are as follows:

• Bets and wagers placed on lak22 are final once confirmed by the platform. In the case of a technical error during bet placement, lak22 will investigate and, where appropriate, void the bet and return the staked amount to your balance.
• lak22's sports betting odds and markets are managed by our trading team and may be suspended, changed, or removed at any time, including during live events. Bets placed before a market suspension are honoured unless the event is subsequently voided.
• All lak22 casino and slot games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines, independently audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the odds or results displayed on the lak22 platform and the results confirmed by an official governing body (such as the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches), the official result as confirmed by the governing body shall take precedence.
• lak22 reserves the right to void any bet that it determines to have been placed in error, based on an incorrectly displayed price, or as part of a coordinated exploitation attempt.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on lak22 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances at lak22's sole discretion:

• Registering more than one lak22 account, or registering using another person's identity or payment details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the lak22 platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage over other players.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker rooms, or any game where collusion can affect outcomes or unfairly redistribute funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors on the platform for financial gain. Players who identify errors are obligated to report them to lak22 support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money through lak22 accounts, including structuring deposits or withdrawals to evade detection.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks initiated in bad faith, or identity theft.
• Accessing lak22 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited and using VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tools to circumvent geographical restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing lak22 staff or other players through any communication channel.

lak22 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies in Pakistan and internationally. In cases involving suspected criminal conduct, lak22 will preserve all relevant account data and disclose it to the appropriate authorities upon lawful request.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the lak22 platform, including but not limited to the brand name "lak22", the logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of lak22 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the lak22 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any lak22 content without express prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of lak22's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

lak22 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering a lak22 account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

lak22 collects personal data for the purposes of account registration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and regulatory compliance. 10 Responsible Gaming Obligations

lak22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products and services. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered players via the Account Settings section. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

By using lak22, you acknowledge that:

• Gambling involves financial risk and should be treated as a form of entertainment, not a means of generating income.
• You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose and should never borrow money to fund gambling activity.
• You will make use of lak22's responsible gaming tools if you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic.
• You consent to lak22 monitoring your account activity for signs of problem gambling behaviour and contacting you proactively if such signs are detected.

Players who self-exclude from lak22 will have their account access blocked for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion decisions are irreversible during the set term. Once a self-exclusion is active, lak22 will make every reasonable effort to ensure the excluded player cannot re-register or access the platform through any channel during the exclusion period.

11 Platform Availability and Technical Errors

lak22 strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond lak22's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures, and force majeure events).

In the event of a technical error that affects a game outcome, bet settlement, or account balance — including disconnections during live games or live betting events — lak22's decision on the appropriate resolution is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in Clause 14. lak22 will endeavour to investigate and resolve such issues within five (5) business days of receiving a formal complaint.

lak22 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability, connection issues on the player's side, or errors caused by the player's own device or internet connection.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lak22 and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to access the lak22 platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage of any kind whatsoever.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or content displayed on the lak22 platform.
• Any third-party conduct, including the actions of payment providers, game suppliers, or telecommunications networks.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits lak22's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

lak22's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Amendments to Terms

lak22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lak22 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the lak22 platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the lak22 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance prior to the effective date of the changes.

The version of these Terms & Conditions displayed on the lak22 platform at any given time is the version in force. Archived versions of previous Terms & Conditions are available upon written request to our support team.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under lak22's international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute between a player and lak22 relating to the platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: The player must first submit a formal written complaint to lak22 via the support email or live chat. lak22 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a resolution within ten (10) business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the player is not satisfied with lak22's internal resolution, the complaint may be escalated to the relevant regulatory or dispute resolution body under lak22's operating licence. Details of the applicable body are available upon request from the lak22 support team.
• Step 3 — Arbitration: If the matter is not resolved through Step 2, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where appropriate to prevent irreparable harm.
